Access my Cloud Archived Emails

You may notice that your inbox has only your recent emails in it. As your mailbox grows in size, it becomes slower to access. To help avoid system slow down, an archiving policy is enabled that moves anything older than two years into a separate mailbox. The archive mailbox will then store emails for a period of 10 years.

If you can't find your old emails in your mailbox, here is a way to access them. At this point in time you can only access your archive via Webmail.

1. Login to Webmail

Login to Webmail
  1. Go to https://cloudmail.progressit.com.au. (You can also go to our Cloud Portal www.traveltothecloud.com and click on CloudMail)
  2. Enter your username. For me it is PITC\pit.afilipovic, yours will be something similar
  3. Enter your password.

2. Look down the left hand side for your Archive

Look down the left hand side for your Archive

Click on your In-Place Archive folder located in the bottom left hand side.

3. Archive will show with folders containing your old emails

Archive will show with folders containing your old emails

If you don't have any emails in your Archive, there won't be anything to show here. In that case, all your emails should be in your mailbox still.
