Accessing Emails from my Phone (Outlook App)
Your emails are hosted by Microsoft as part of the Office 365 service. This makes it really easy to access your emails from any device.
1. Open the App Store / Google Play Store
If you are using an iPhone, you will need to open the App store (1). If you are using an Android, you will need to open the Google Play Store (2). The icons will look similar to the below:
2. Download the Microsoft Outlook App
Search for the term "Outlook" and install the app published by Microsoft Corporation
3. Open the Outlook App
- Tap "Add Account"
- Enter your work email address
- Tap "Continue"
You will then be prompted to enter your credentials and potentially authorize your MFA.
