Configuring Teamviewer permissions on my Mac

macOS requires a couple of additional security steps before an IT Technician can remote up to your computer to assist you.

After you finish the installation of the program, it may guide you to "Allow Access" to certain components of your computer. If you can click those and grant yourself access - Great! - however if you don't see that screen please follow the below steps

Visit "System Settings"

Locate "Privacy & Security"

Select "Accessibility" from the side panel

Tick "TeamViewer QuickSupport"

Select "Screen & System Audio Recording" from the side panel

Tick "TeamViewer QuickSupport"
