Enable Hotspot on iPhone

Your mobile phone will allow you to broadcast a portable WIFI network. If your computer has WIFI capabilities, you can join this network and connect to the internet. It's very handy when your main internet connection goes offline and you need urgent access in a pinch!

1. Go to "Settings" app

2. Select Personal Hotspot

3. Allow Others to Join, and note Password

  1. Turn on the Hotspot
  2. Take note of the WIFI password
  3. Take note of the WIFI name

4. Connect to the Hotspot on your computer

Choose your Hotspot from the list of WiFi networks available on your computer, and be sure to enter the password as provided by your phone in the step above
